Update to 0.58, without helpfiles on this one, since there are no   pregenerated
files (unlike previous tarballs), and we need db2html   to build them ourselves.
 I'm assuming that db2html is a part of   docbook somewhere, and whilst GNOME is
a little bloated by itself,   I don't (yet) want to make docbook a dependency.

commit message to bsd.port.mk, which said INSTALL_SHLIBS.  Boo.)    

Final round of the INSTALLS_SHLIBS=yes conversion. Few remaining ports with  
ldconfig in PLIST need personal consideration.
