The PARI system is a package which is capable of doing formal computations on
recursive types at high speed.
It is possible to use PARI in two different ways:
1) as a library, which can be called from any upper-level language
application (for instance written in C, C++, Pascal or Fortran);
2) as a sophisticated programmable calculator, named GP, which contains
most of the standard control instructions of a standard language
like C.
This is the alpha quality version that development is in the way.
Algorithm, improvement of implementation are done.
Because improvement of performance was big, ports was made as -devel in
particular.
===> The following configuration options are available for pari-2.19.0,2:
DOCS=on: Build and/or install documentation
EXAMPLES=on: Build and/or install examples
OPTIMIZED_CFLAGS=on: Use extra compiler optimizations
X11=on: X11 (graphics) support
====> Thread engine (single-threaded when none is selected): you can only select none or one of them
PTHREADS=on: Enable pthread thread engine
MPI=off: Enable MPI thread engine
===> Use 'make config' to modify these settings
all: drop support for FreeBSD 13, mips and risc64sf

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.
Approved by: portmgr (tcberner)
Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Add USES=xorg USES=gl, ports categories l and m
Add USES=xorg and USES=gl to ports in categories starting with 'l' and 'm'.
While here, try to sprinkle other USES (mostly gnome and sdl) as needed.
Change 20 ports from net/mpich2 to net/mpich
mpich2 is the obsolete version 2.x, mpich is at the current version 3.x
Ports:
math/scalapack science/nwchem science/quantum-espresso science/qmcpack
science/madness
science/qbox science/openmx science/jdftx science/fleur science/libgridxc
science/mdynamix science/lm science/dftbplus science/py-gpaw devel/ga
math/elpa net/charm science/gromacs math/pari math/arpack-ng-mpich
Mark ports broken on mips64 that are already broken on powerpc64. In
most cases, the failure mode is the same. Also, mark them broken on
mips when necessary.
While here, pet portlint.

- Revert this back to 2.3.5 since: of the only 2 in tree consumers, one is
broken for other reasons (math/asir2000) and the other
(math/p5-Math-Pari) doesn't work with 2.5 yet. This fixes
math/p5-Math-Pari and things that depend on it.
- Update to 2.3.4
