Konverter is a KDE MEncoder frontend for easy video conversions,
scaling and cropping. Just select any common input format and select
your favourite output format, codec and size (cropped or scaled).
It also features videosplitting, videomerging and a preview mode.

KDE3 and QT3 expired on 2013-07-01, remove these ports.
Unfortunately, this also affects some ports using QT3 as a GUI toolkit.
Changes to infrastructure files:
- bsd.kde.mk : obsolete, remove
- bsd.qt.mk : note that a CONFLICTS_BUILD line can probably go after a while
- CHANGES : document the removals from bsd.port.mk
- KNOBS : remove KDE and QT (KDE4 and QT4 should be used instead)
- MOVED : add the removed ports

- Deprecate QT3, KDE3 and unmaintained ports depending on them. QT 3.3.8
was released in 2007 and KDE 3.5.10 in 2008 and both are no longer
maintained upstream nor in our tree.

- Update multimedia/libxine to 1.2.1 with a commit merged from hg
to fix DVB support. (which still is broken for tuners using
hardware pid filtering, like when running webcamd with
"-m dvb-usb-init.force_pid_filter_usage=1".)

back to the pool: it doesn't seem to be maintained upstream anymore and hasn't
been updated to the 0.93 release which occurs in 2005.
Let it a chance to find a new volunteer
The vast majority of pkg-descr files had the following format when they
had both lines:
Author: ...
WWW: ....
So standardize on that, and move them to the end of the file when necessary.
Also fix some more whitespace, and remove more "signature tags" of varying
forms, like -- name, etc.

A few other various formatting issues
-Repocopy devel/libtool15 -> libtool22 and libltdl15 -> libltdl22.
-Update libtool and libltdl to 2.2.6a.
-Remove devel/libtool15 and devel/libltdl15.
-Fix ports build with libtool22/libltdl22.
-Bump ports that depend on libltdl22 due to shared library version change.
-Explain what to do update in the UPDATING.
It has been tested with GNOME2, XFCE4, KDE3, KDE4 and other many wm/desktop
and applications in the runtime.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.
The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).
