Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Remove # $FreeBSD$ from Makefiles.

multimedia/linux-tsmuxer: drop maintainership

- Replace Mk/bsd.linux-apps.mk and Mk/bsd.linux-rpm.mk with
  Mk/Uses/linux.mk.
- Replace USE_LINUX=yes with USES+=linux and USE_LINUX=(.*) with
  USES+=linux:\1 in all ports.
- Replace USE_LINUX_APPS with USE_LINUX in all ports.
- Use INSTALL_SCRIPT instead of INSTALL_PROGRAM to install scripts in some
  ports.
- When USE_LINUX_RPM is defined, simplify the way DISTFILES and EXTRACT_ONLY
  are defined.
- Remove BRANDELF_DIRS and BRANDELF_FILES handling.  In the very rare cases
  that it is still necessary ports can run ${BRANDELF} from post-patch.
- Remove AUTOMATIC_PLIST handling.  Only one port used it.
- Fix Linux MASTER_SITES.
- Replace OVERRIDE_LINUX_BASE_PORT and OVERRIDE_LINUX_NONBASE_PORTS with
  default versions framework.

Fix ports that confused the meaning of WRKDIR and WRKSRC.

- Readd the port with better, all-lowercase name [1]
- While here, fix several minor issues with Makefile and pkg-descr (augment
  COMMENT, utilize standard NO_BUILD and NO_WRKSUBDIR knobs, remove `x11'
  as a secondary category, use correct installation commands and merge them
  into one, give correct package name prefix (`linux-') for Linux binary-
  only software, sort PLIST_FILES -- all these things that usually happen
  when people are not reading PH well enough, do not look at other ports,
  and not using common sense.)  :-(
