MLT is an open source multimedia framework, designed and developed for television broadcasting. It provides a toolkit for broadcasters, video editors, media players, transcoders, web streamers and many more types of applications. This plugin requires libDeckLinkAPI.so from the Blackmagic Design SDK, which we don't have, at runtime. Unflavorize the glaxnimate and qt mods. Qt5 support has been dropped by upstream in 7.36.0.
