net-im/py-slackeventsapi: Add py-slackeventsapi 3.0.1
The Slack Events Adapter is a Python-based solution to receive and parse events
from Slack's Events API. This library uses an event emitter framework to allow
you to easily process Slack events by simply attaching functions to event
listeners.
This adapter enhances and simplifies Slack's Events API by incorporating useful
best practices, patterns, and opportunities to abstract out common tasks.

net-im/mastodon: Resurrect
Mastodon is an alternative implementation of GNU social, a free,
open-source social network. It is a decentralized alternative to
commercial platforms based on ActivityStreams, Webfinger, PubsubHubbub
and Salmon. The project focuses on creating a clean REST API and a good
user interface. Ruby on Rails is used for the back-end, while React.js
and Redux are used for the dynamic front-end.
For easier maintenance of the port some part of the installation
procedure remains to be completed by the end user. The main howto is
available at https://wiki.freebsd.org/Ports/net-im/mastodon.
A great thanks to Stefano Marinelli for the fabulous post on running
Mastodon on a FreeBSD instance which helped a lot in porting this. The
link to the original post is also available on the above mentioned wiki
page.

net-im/libsignal-node: Add new port
libsignal contains platform-agnostic APIs used by the official Signal clients
and servers, exposed as a Java, Swift, or TypeScript library.
The underlying implementations are written in Rust:
- libsignal-protocol: Implements the Signal protocol, including the
Double Ratchet algorithm. A replacement for libsignal-protocol-java and
libsignal-metadata-java.
- signal-crypto: Cryptographic primitives such as AES-GCM. We use RustCrypto's
where we can but sometimes have differing needs.
- device-transfer: Support logic for Signal's device-to-device transfer
feature.
- attest: Functionality for remote attestation of SGX enclaves and
server-side HSMs.
- zkgroup: Functionality for zero-knowledge groups and related features
available in Signal.
- poksho: Utilities for implementing zero-knowledge proofs (such as those used
by zkgroup); stands for "proof-of-knowledge, stateful-hash-object".

net-im/signal-desktop: Add new port
Signal is a cross-platform centralized encrypted messaging service developed
by the Signal Technology Foundation and Signal Messenger LLC.
It uses the Internet to send one-to-one and group messages, which can include
files, voice notes, images and videos. It can also be used to make one-to-one
and group voice and video calls,[16][17] and the Android version can optionally
function as an SMS app

New Port: net-im/dendrite
Dendrite is a second-generation Matrix homeserver written in Go. It
intends to provide an efficient, reliable and scalable alternative to
Synapse:
o Efficient: A small memory footprint with better baseline
performance than an out-of-the-box Synapse.
o Reliable: Implements the Matrix specification as written, using
the same test suite as Synapse as well as a brand new Go test suite.
o Scalable: can run on multiple machines and eventually scale to
massive homeserver deployments.

New port: net-im/neochat
neochat is a KDE fork of net-im/spectral, using KDE technologies on
top of the Qt bits from spectral. It's not clear if spectral is still
being developed. If not, I'll deprecate the spectral port in a while.
One UI glitch is present, because of KDE Frameworks 5.75 -- the
requirement for 5.76 is patched out in the port, because 5.76
has not landed yet.

New port: net-im/libquotient
The Quotient project aims to produce a Qt5-based SDK to develop applications
for Matrix. libQuotient is a library that enables client applications.
It is the backbone of Quaternion, Spectral and other projects.
Versions 0.5.x and older use the previous name - libQMatrixClient.
Release notes:
https://github.com/quotient-im/libQuotient/releases
This is repocopied from net-im/libqmatrixclient because libqmatrixclient
was renamed to libquotient some time ago; we've been wrestling to
keep the old port name with partly-updated library versions, and
that gets old. New clients -- modern Quaternion, and soon neoChat
(a successor to spectral, which will be deprecated) -- need the
newer version.
Leaving net-im/libqmatrixclient in the tree for now, although I think
it has 0 consumers once I update Quaternion (I'll deprecate it then).

Add net-im/telegram-cli
Telegram-cli is a command-line interface
for the Telegram instant-messaging network.
WWW: https://github.com/kenorb-contrib/tg
This is a repocopy of net-im/telegram. There are 2 reasons for it:
1. net-im/telegram upstream (https://github.com/vysheng/tg) is not active
anymore. Telegram CLI is being maintained by a community gathered around
a fork on GitHub: https://github.com/kenorb-contrib/tg. People might
want to stick to the original version of Telegram CLI, so let's give
them an option to do that.
2. Most other packaging systems package this piece of software as
telegram-cli (see https://repology.org/project/telegram-cli/versions).
Let's take this opportunity to have a package name consistent with other
projects.

New port: net-im/zoom: Zoom videoconferencing client
Sound doesn't work yet. It seems that Zoom has some bug and
doesn't show audio devices that the ALSA interface returns
to it. Hopefully this will be fixed by Zoom.
Lack of sound severely limits its usability, but it can still be
useful in these situations:
* A particular Zoom conference isn't supported through the web interface.
At least video can be watched in such case, vs. nothing at all.
* Video or chat aren't displayed properly through the web interface,
and this client can be used to augment the experience.
Installing it into /opt because the /opt/zoom path is hardcoded
into the binary.
Zoom didn't define any license or terms of use for their binaries.
It is just a free download with a single click.
