Deprecate MSN Messenger ports to expire 31 OCT 2013
Microsoft ended the primary MSN service for all countries by 30 APR 2013.
Third party clients still work although they can only communicate with
other such clients. The XMPP protocol service is expected to be shut down
by October 2013 [1] although MSP service may continue into early 2014. [1]
Deprecate all ports that exclusively use MSN protocols and mark the
expiration by the end of October.

Add patch to install missing header.
It looks like version 4.2 is a bit messed up, as soap.h includes a
header which is not installed by default, breaking the build for ports
such as kdenetwork4.
Bump PORTREVISION.
Will report upstream at https://bugs.kde.org/285803.

Mass-conversion to the USE_AUTOTOOLS New World Order. The code present
in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the
old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in
exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself.
Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME
team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it.
Preliminary documentation can be found at:
http://people.FreeBSD.org/~ade/autotools.txt
which is in the process of being SGMLized before introduction into the
Porters Handbook.
