et-mgmt/zabbix74-server: fix mariadb dependencies
Since database/mariadb105-server and databases/mariadb106-server
are now removed from ports, zabbix74-server cannot be built with
mariadb as database.
This fix this issue and add all mariadb versions supported by
Mk/Uses/mysql.mk

To help tracking of default MySQL client version, switch the default MySQL
requirement from fixed version (8.0, 8.4, ...) to DEFAULT_VERSIONS.

A new uses 'sudo' has been added to transperently depends of the
proper flavor of sudo 'default' or 'sssd' depending on the default
version set by the user.
If you prefere to use 'sssd' flavor of sudo, add the following
to your make.conf:
DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=sudo=sssd
All sudo consummer ports has benn updated to USES=sudo
