croc is a tool that allows any two computers to simply and securely
transfer files and folders.
Features:
* allows any two computers to transfer data (using a relay)
* provides end-to-end encryption (using PAKE)
* enables easy cross-platform transfers (Windows, Linux, Mac)
* allows multiple file transfers
* allows resuming transfers that are interrupted
* local server or port-forwarding not needed
* ipv6-first with ipv4 fallback
Reason:
The croc rc script now honors an optional croc_host variable that binds
the relay to a specific local address instead of all interfaces.
This is needed on hosts with IP forwarding enabled (typically routers),
where the "croc relay" startup self-check connects to the wildcard
address (0.0.0.0) and fails with "network is unreachable", causing the
relay to exit immediately. If your relay does not stay running, set a
local address of the host in /etc/rc.conf, for example:
croc_host="192.0.2.1"
Leaving croc_host empty (the default) keeps the previous behavior of
listening on all interfaces.

net/croc: Relax the Go version pin to a minimum
croc's go.mod requires go 1.27.0, above the current GO_DEFAULT of 1.26, so
this is one of the rare ports that genuinely needs a version requirement.
Use the floating go:1.27+ form instead of an exact pin so the port moves to
the default once 1.27 becomes it, rather than being removed along with
lang/go127.
Dropping the requirement entirely still built, but only because the fetch
phase downloaded golang.org/toolchain@v0.0.1-go1.27.0.freebsd-amd64 and
built with that instead of the declared go126 dependency.
go: Bump go124-dependent ports
Earlier I bumped the default Go to 1.24. Ports that specify a lower
version will still build with those lower version (for now), so they
don't need a bumping. Instead I'm bumping anything that (now) has go124
as a dependency.
Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.
