- Convert PLIST_FILES into a static `pkg-plist'
which is 10 lines long after adding new themes
- Cache generated `files/modules.txt' for Golang

go: Bump go124-dependent ports
Earlier I bumped the default Go to 1.24. Ports that specify a lower
version will still build with those lower version (for now), so they
don't need a bumping. Instead I'm bumping anything that (now) has go124
as a dependency.
net/gorss: update to version 0.4, don't force infocmp(1) installation
LookupTerminfo() first tries to find definitions based on the TERM
environment variable and falls back to parsing infocmp(1) output
only if that fails. The latter is really a method of last resort,
as the performance will be slow. Do not force this dependency since
it is rarely needed, and most likely due to incorrectly configured
environment which should be fixed instead.
Improve user-friendliness of the program on the first run by copying
installed example configuration and default theme files into user's
home directory (exact location depends on XDG configuration).

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.
