iplog is a TCP/IP traffic logger. Currently, it is capable of logging
TCP, UDP and ICMP traffic, though adding support for other protocols
should be relatively easy. iplog contains a built-in packet filter,
allowing for logging or excluding packets that fit a given set of
criteria.

Remove expired ports:
2020-12-15 games/gemrb: Uses deprecated version of python
2020-12-18 net/iplog: Unmaintained and dead upstream. Does not build with modern
compilers.
net/iplog: DEPRECATE Unmaintained and dead upstream
This port only build in 12 because for some reason uses clang 8 to build. It
does not build in 11 or 13-CURRENT. Even in 12 it shows tons of dangerous
warnigns due to bad formed castings[1].
The project is also abandoned upstream so we better mark this for removal.

net category: Remove $PTHREAD_LIBS
openafs did not pass check-plist (pre-existing) so fixed and bumped.
Also, pkg-plist was sorted. mediatomb and spread also fail plist-checks
but they weren't fixed.

In the rc.d scripts, change assignments to rcvar to use the
literal name_enable wherever possible, and ${name}_enable
when it's not, to prepare for the demise of set_rcvar().
In cases where I had to hand-edit unusual instances also
modify formatting slightly to be more uniform (and in
some cases, correct). This includes adding some $FreeBSD$
tags, and most importantly moving rcvar= to right after
name= so it's clear that one is derived from the other.
- Add LDFLAGS to CONFIGURE_ENV and MAKE_ENV (as it was done with LDFLAGS)
- Fix all ports that add {CPP,LD}FLAGS to *_ENV to modify flags instead
