net category: Remove $PTHREAD_LIBS

openafs did not pass check-plist (pre-existing) so fixed and bumped.
Also, pkg-plist was sorted. mediatomb and spread also fail plist-checks
but they weren't fixed.

Remove indefinite articles and trailing periods from COMMENT, plus minor
COMMENT typos and surrounding whitespace fixes. A few Makefiles where not
included as they contain Latin-1 characters that break the Phabricator
workflow. Category N.

Bump version from 0.1 to 0.3 - this fixes at least one critical bug and adds
some neat features to boot :-)

Use the email address from the FreeBSD project for my ports.

Rink Springer also asked me if he could maintain his own ports. Change
maitainership of games/sudsol, net/freedbd and net/kissd to Rink.
