Remove the broken platero port |

Mark BROKEN (see bento logs). These ports are scheduled for removal
after Feb 2 2004 if they are still broken at that time and no fixes
have been submitted by PR. |

- change distfile location
- respect CFLAGS
- respect PTHREAD_LIBS
- depend on KDEBASE instead of KDELIBS.
This will hopefully fix the buildproblems reported by bento.
