[MAINTAINER] net/py23-BitTornado: [SUMMARIZE CHANGES]

- Added sample script that can be used as startup/stop script for
Bittorrent sites (hopefully will be integrated in $PREFIX/etc/rc.d/ once
(but first I need some feedback)
