The scotty port was marked FORBIDDEN for security reasons 2 years and 1
month ago. Remove it. |

Make it use TCL 8.3. Fix up the patch to Makefile.in to: . reflect the true
ctime of the original (1997) . use the correct CFLAGS instead of the
arbitrary ``-O'' |
