- Add LDFLAGS to CONFIGURE_ENV and MAKE_ENV (as it was done with LDFLAGS)
- Fix all ports that add {CPP,LD}FLAGS to *_ENV to modify flags instead

Deprecate print/lyx14, mark for expiration in 1 month.
The last 1.4 release was made in 2007, and we already have print/lyx16
and print/lyx in the tree.
