Fix properties on pkg-plist

Add NO_STAGE all over the place in preparation for the staging support (cat:
print)

Rectify USE_TEX to support both of teTeX and TeXLive.

TEX_DEFAULT:
	A knob to choose teTeX or TeXLive.  One can specify in /etc/make.conf.

USE_TEX:
	A knob for port developers.  Valid keywords are listed in
	bsd.tex.mk.

Remove *_DEPENDS from ports which depend on teTeX and add USE_TEX=tetex
instead to make migration to TeXLive easier.

Convert to new options framework ports in p* catories

- Add CONFLICTS as a preparation of importing new TeX ports based on TeXLive.
  No functional change.
- Style fixes.

        print/teTeX is now a meta-port which installs print/teTeX-base,
        print/teTeX-texmf, and dviware.

Fix for bison 1.75.

Allow teTeX to be buildable without bringing in X11 (the only casualty
being xdvi, for obvious reasons).  Only difference from the original patch
is the use of PLIST_SUB instead of duplicating (most of) the pkg-plist.

Switch maintainer to ports@ - current maintainer has been unresponsive to
both the submitter and to myself.  doc@ might want to pick up on this one
since it's a critical port for make release.

Bump png major    

Remove MANUAL_PACKAGE_BUILD, the package builds and deinstalls correctly.    

Massive style enforcement - use ^I instead of spaces for variables identation.  
 

Convert category print to new layout.  

(1) /usr/share/info/dir was renamed to dir-tmpl.   (2) Now it is not necessary
to exist a file "info/dir"   when install-info is executed.    

Install texi2dvi which is required by texi2pdf.
