Rename the port to match the PORTNAME. This helps to reduce human,
contributor, maintainer, committer error by removing the impedance
mismatch between the two names. (c) koobs@

Cleanup RLN usage
RLN is based on install(1) and -s means "run strip(1) on the installed
binary". install(1) ignores -s when it makes a link, so it "works"
now instead of failing when it links non-binaries. |

Restore DTraceToolkit from r454702.
It's not in base since 2016 r300226 exactly because it is updated more often
than FreeBSD and belongs in ports. |

Remove OSVERSION checks that do not make sense any more.
For example (${OSVERSION} >= 900000 && ${OSVERSION} < 900021) is always true,
as is (${OSVERSION} > 900002 || ${OSVERSION} < 900000 && ${OSVERSION} > 800107).
Regarding patches, when an EXTRA_PATCHES is no longer needed, I remove it, when
it is always needed, I renamed it, in one case, I merged two patches.

The DTraceToolkit is a collection of useful documented scripts developed
by the OpenSolaris DTrace community.
It's worth noting that not all of these scripts will work. They are
either too Solaris specific or the probes have not yet been implemented.
As more probes are implemented more scripts will work.
