sysutils/b43-fwcutter: install the manpage under $PREFIX/share/man
While here, drop needless ``install -d'' commands from the `install'
target recipe which are created as part of standard stage hierarchy. |

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Remove # $FreeBSD$ from Makefiles. |

- Update `sysutils/b43-fwcutter' to the latest version (019)
- Fix MASTER_SITES so they point to the correct distfile location
and thus actually unbreak the fetch
- Define LICENSE (BSD2CLAUSE), reword COMMENT and port description
- Enable verbose build so we have useful logs for debugging
- Remove useless and bogus hunk from the patch: DESTDIR should not
be a part of PREFIX and is already respected during installation
- Take maintainership for the time being: unfortunately, Scot has
not been using FreeBSD lately

- update to 015
- add USE_GMAKE because it's now doesn't builds with make(1)
- remove files/patch-fwcutter.c[h] that was applied upstream
- remove firmware sample from fwcutter_list.h, that was added upstream
Notes:
- patch from original PR didn't applied. I asked submitter to fix it,
but never got any response (for some reason my request didn't found
it's way into audit trail)
- maintainer also timeouts
- i'm successfully using this version of fwcutter for about a month now
and rebuilded my firmware kmod several times w/o any problems
