A flexible backup tool
Features:
o Easy to configure
o Uses dump, afio, GNU tar, cpio, pax, or zip archivers
o Full and numbered levels of incremental backup (acts like "dump")

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

sysutils/flexbackup: Fix some issues
- flexbackup shows a perl deprecated warning with perl 5.16
- lzma support compression level 0
- compress flags do not work, if you use afio+lzma

When there is a do-install target, do not use a post-install target, do
everything at once. Sometime, rename post-install into a options helper
target.
I did not fix ports that were such a mess that I could not figure out
what they really wanted to do. I also did not change ports that had
some version of an auto-plist code in post-install, for the same reason.

- Since last commit, what using flexbackup with buffer/mbuffer, an error
is occurred while trying to invoke the non-existent program 'tempfile'.
This program is not in our base nor in the dependencies installed by
this port. Fix that by using mktemp instead.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.
The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to . Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is spelled out
(many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type fixes that
shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/" appear.
