read write implementation supporting ext2, ext3 and ext4.

- introduce a USE_FUSE macro
- convert all fuse ports to use the new macro
The macro makes sure sysutils/fusefs-libs gets installed and depending on
fuse being in base or not it installs sysutils/fusefs-kmod.
