Update to 1.4.5 and deprecate
Upstream has changed the way they distribute logstash plugins. There
are now separate github repos for each individual plugin. See
https://github.com/logstash-plugins Therefore, upgrade to the latest
available combined version, but also mark the port deprecated and due
to be removed in March. Individual plugins should be ported as
required. |

There's a zeromq.rb file with the same contents already in the main
logstash port. Not conflicting with logstash-1.4.2 is good. |
