sysutils/mate-control-center: remove unneeded USE_GITHUB and GH_ACCOUNT
Remove USE_GITHUB=nodefault and GH_ACCOUNT as they are not needed
with an explicit MASTER_SITES. Add back DIST_SUBDIR=mate.
sysutils/mate-control-center: switch to GitHub release asset
Minor versions of 1.28.x are no longer published to the MATE mirror
and are only available on GitHub. Use USE_GITHUB=nodefault with a
release tarball instead of the auto-generated one, as recommended
by the porter's handbook. Remove autoreconf and yelp-tools, not
needed with release tarballs. Add portscout site hint for GitHub
releases detection.
sysutils/mate-control-center: do not package cache files
share/applications/mimeinfo.cache is handled by desktop-file-utils
trigger and should never be packaged

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

depedencies: fix wrong dependencies on libcanberra-gtk.so

INSTALLS_ICONS: retire the macro and rework the related dependencies
While here, make sure gtk-update-icon-cache is only on run dependency
where added as a dependency
Enforce gtk3 to depend on gtk-update-icon-cache (previously it was
inheriting the dependency)
Prefer graphics/ligvrsvg2-rust over graphics/librsvg2
- switch to the more modern version of librsvg2 on architectures
supporting rust
- this will fix some graphical issues on these architectures

Remove the libXxf86misc dependency from various gnome@ owned ports. These
are the last remaining owned ports that depend on xf86misc. xf86misc has
been deprecated and is slated for removal.

Remove esound support from pulseaudio as audio/esound expired.

Minor MATE 1.18 update.
Apart from version updates, the highlights are:
* fix orphaned file issues in atril/atril-lite.
* Add licenses where required.
* make sure the mime xml gets installed in mate-control-center.
* regen the m-c-c patch, with make makepatch.
Move all X cursors from ${PREFIX}/lib/X11/icons to ${PREFIX}/share/icons
It improves consistency, lots of cursors were already installed in that
directory. The same change was already done for regular fonts.
Update GStreamer1 ports to 1.12.2.
Rework the adding of dependancies in Mk/bsd.gstreamer.mk.
Previous when using USE_GSTREAMER[1] it would just add the request modules to
BUILD/RUN_DEPENDS. This caused the qa script to complain because the old code
didn't implicit depend on the gstreamer1 and gstreamer1-plugins[-bad] ports for
the libraries they carried, even if they where present via the plugins! The new
code adds implicit depends on these ports so USE_GSTREAMER[1] using ports have
all the libraries included.
* The mad mp3 plugin was removed, mpg123 plugin also provides mp3 decoding.
Switch over ports that used the gstreamer1 mad plugin.
* gtksink plugin renamed -> gtk
* Hook up the sndio plugin into the framework
* Add some indirect dependacies where needed
* Reorder the plugin list in bsd.gstreamer.mk so only one plugin per line. When
changing plugins it doesn't result in multiple lines being changed.
* Remove mentions in bsd.gstreamer.mk of plugins mentions that where removed.
* Depend on libunwind on i386/amd64, GStreamer links to it if it is present.

NEW XORG ON FREEBSD 9-STABLE AND 10-STABLE
This update switches over to use the new xorg stack by default on FreeBSD 9
and 10 stable, on osversions where vt(9) is available.
It is still possible to use the old stack by specifying WITHOUT_NEW_XORG in
/etc/make.conf .
FreeBSD 8-STABLE and released versions of FreeBSD still use
the old version.
A package repository with binary packages for new xorg will
be available soon.
This patch also contains updates of libxcb and related ports, pixman, as well

Say hello to Mate 1.6.
Mate is a lite desktop forked from gnome2.
Most of the work is done by Jeremy Messenger (mezz@). The only thing I did
was update a few ports to later 1.6 release and attempting to keep up with
ports infra changes. Resulting bugs are all mine.
Mate is a sort of replacement for Gnome 2. So people wanting to keep a
Gnome 2 like desktop should switch. Gnome 2 will be replaced by Gnome 3
in the near future. This switch will be announce with a transition time
so people have more time to switch if they haven't already.
This release was made possible by everyone that send friendly pokes to
keep mate on my mind.
