Terraform provides a common configuration to launch infrastructure - from
physical and virtual servers to email and DNS providers. Once launched,
Terraform safely and efficiently changes infrastructure as the configuration is
evolved. Simple file based configuration gives you a single view of your entire
infrastructure.

Terraform has been updated from 0.13 to 0.15, which introduces several

sysutils/terraform: Update to 1.15.9, fix LICENSE
Update from 1.15.3 to 1.15.9. 1.15.9 updates go-slug to v0.18.3,
addressing CVE-2026-14978, an exclusion bypass in .terraformignore
handling. The version proposed in the PR, 1.15.8, still carries the
affected go-slug v0.18.1, hence the jump to 1.15.9.
The remaining changes are bugfixes: crashes in init and console,
wrong exit codes for variable errors in plan, query and refresh,
child module and submodule validation, several module installation
edge cases, and concurrency safety in the config parsers.

many: Unpin Go ports
* Ports that were pinned to a deprecated version of Go (1.23 or older)
have been unpinned.
* Ports that were pinned to a still-supported version of Go (1.24 or
newer) have been converted to requesting that as their minimum Go
version.
* Ports that had been forcibly deprecated for pinning an expired Go
version have been undeprecated.
sysutils/terraform: Update to 1.7.0
Input validations are being restored to the state file in this version
of Terraform. Due to a state interoperability issue (#33770) in earlier
versions, users that require interaction between different minor
series should ensure they have upgraded to the following patches:
- Users of Terraform prior to 1.3.0 are unaffected
- Terraform 1.3 series users should upgrade to 1.3.10
- Terraform 1.4 series users should upgrade to 1.4.7
- Terraform 1.5 series users should upgrade to 1.5.7
- Users of Terraform 1.6.0 and later are unaffected

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.
Approved by: portmgr (tcberner)
Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

sysutils/terraform: Update to 1.1.4
This update hit a very interesting issue in the ports framework.
Apparently, the logic behind automatic regeneration of GH_TUPLE for Go
modules does not handle versions with embedded slashes. I found a
relatively non-intrusive workaround for that. Long term, however, it
would be nice to fix the logic itself.
