filesystems: add new category for file systems and related utilities
The filesystems category houses file systems and file system utilities.
It is added mainly to turn the sysutils/fusefs-* pseudo-category into
a proper one, but is also useful for the sundry of other file systems
related ports found in the tree.
Ports that seem like they belong there are moved to the new category.
Two ports, sysutils/fusefs-funionfs and sysutils/fusefs-fusepak are
not moved as they currently don't fetch and don't have TIMESTAMP set
in their distinfo, but that is required to be able to push a rename
of the port by the pre-receive hook.

sysutils/unetbootin: amend MASTER_SITES, fix minor indentation bug
As of r471558 (now commit a7f0cdea95a2) the project had moved from
SourceForge to GitHub, yet distfiles are provided at both locations.
Prefer the former by default to enjoy its vast selection of mirrors
while downloads from the latter are less reliable in certain parts
of the world (e.g. I'm getting truncated files off it all the time). |

Depend on `sysutils/e2fsprogs-core' in the remaining three ports
Chase commit 14e733a6bb4b and depend on the new port origin which
most utilities and libraries now belong to. This would often go
unnoticed as `sysutils/e2fsprogs-core' would be pulled regardless,
but might cause package build tools to always rebuild consumers.

Mk/Uses: always use colon for build/run suffix
Most USES use a colon for build/run(/test) suffixes. Change kde.mk,
qt.mk and pyqt.mk to do the same, and update all ports using that.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

devel/e2fsprogs-libss: merge to sysutils/e2fsprogs
This is to break dependency cycles between e2fsprogs-libss and
e2fsprogs (see 254751 comment #18 for details), and to avoid creating
yet another split-out port, then for e2fsprogs's libcom_err.
Bump PORTREVISION of the four e2fsprogs consumers to flush out
their e2fsprogs-libss dependency records.

sysutils/unetbootin: update UNetbootin to the latest version (+)
- Update to version 702, which finally integrates Qt 5 support,
allowing to remove those hunks from our patches
- Show program version in the main window title (some users like
to post screenshots when reporting problems, this would make
more obvious which version they were using) |

- Update `sysutils/unetbootin' to version 661, which had added support for
Ubuntu 18.04 and some minor bugfixes
- The project had moved to GitHub from SF, but do not switch to USE_GITHUB
just yet (distfile size would be 16257579 bytes in this case, apparently
because upstream does not know how to prepare GitHub releases properly)
- Amend the regex when patching `main.cpp' for better ${PREFIX} support:
previously it was not covering `/usr/bin/unetbootin'

- Update `sysutils/unetbootin' to version 657, which had added

- Rephrase the comment about why we're calling getvfsbyname(3) to make
more sense: saving a few CPU cycles by comparing integers instead of
strings is just a nice collateral bonus and not really important
- Fix free disk space calculation in unetbootin::checkifoutofspace();
previously it was totally bogus (multiplying `f_bavail' and `f_bfree'
fields of `struct statfs', really?), and bump threshold to 1024 KB
from the original 1024 bytes (sic)
- Add a `pkg-message' suggesting a work-around for a common problem of
getting "Boot error" message when booting off MBR-partitioned drives
- Couple of cosmetic changes: move NO_WRKSUBDIR line where it normally
belongs and sort USE_QT4 values; extend port description text a bit |
