sysutils/xe-guest-utilities: Update to 6.3.0

This update changes the way IP addresses and interfaces are reported to adhere
to the newer XAPI syntax and will now report IPv6 addresses.

Style: improve ONLY_FOR_ARCHS_REASON (grammar, markup, etc.)

ONLY_FOR_ARCHS_REASON is used as part of the sentence and thus should
start with lower-case letter and not end with a period which is added
by the framework, similar to other knobs like BROKEN, IGNORE, et al.

While here, remove needless quoting, add missing Oxford comma, expand
contractions and jargonisms, use correct spelling for proper names.

all: Remove all other $FreeBSD keywords.

Remove # $FreeBSD$ from Makefiles.

MASTER_SITES cleanup.

- Replace ${MASTER_SITE_FOO} with FOO.
- Merge MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR into MASTER_SITES when possible. (This means 99.9%
  of the time.)
- Remove occurrences of MASTER_SITE_LOCAL when no subdirectory was present and
  no hint of what it should be was present.
- Fix some logic.
- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.

While there, add magic values to the FESTIVAL, GENTOO, GIMP, GNUPG, QT and
SAMBA macros.

Also, replace some EXTRACT_SUFX occurences with USES=tar:*.

PORTREVISION bump required so "pkg upgrade" cleanly handles the
transition to xen-guest-tools

Chase the xen-tools -> xen-guest-tools rename

xe-guest-utilities needs to use this older version of the xen tools
which are compatible with FreeBSD 9.x and 10.x. The tools are required
as part of the xe-guest-utilities scripts to report data back to the
hypervisor and permit additional functionality such as Live Migration
when running FreeBSD VMs on the Citrix XenServer hypervisor.
