emulators/xen-kernel411 & sysutils/xen-tools411: drop version number from port
I don't have the bandwidth to maintain multiple version of Xen, and
going forward all newer version of Xen should work on FreeBSD without
issues.

xen-tools411: add optional SPICE support
Add a new config option to enable SPICE support for QEMU. Note that
the SPICE code in QEMU requires llvm 7.0 or higher, so it's currently
only available for FreeBSD 13.0 and higher and disabled by default.

xen-tools411: re-add markdown
It only has perl as a dependency (which is also a dependency for
xen-tools) and allows to build the command line documentation. Fix the
plist.

xen-tools411: remove markdown and pandoc DOCS dependency
Most of the man pages and document sources are in pod format, which
only requires perl in order to convert. Remove the other dependencies
since pandoc depends on a bunch of Haskell packages and seems to be
broken quite often.

xen-tools411: build a working hvmloader
... when using LLVM LD. Add a patch that fixes hvmloader build with
LLVM LD. Without this patch the generated hvmloader doesn't work
properly.

xen-tools411: fix pkg-plist
Seems like I messed up last time and failed to properly update the
plist. This should hopefully fix the build.

xen-tools411: use HAS_CONFIGURE instead of GNU_CONFIGURE
This fixes the handling of amd64 vs x86_64 in the configure script
without having to patch it. As a side effect, this enabled the build
of QEMU so add it to the plist
