This is a program for viewing RTF and MS Word 97 documents. It produces
plain text output and can optionally convert some non-standard characters
into TeX control sequences. It has rudimentary table handling in TeX
mode. Also included are:
- wordview, a small GUI frontend to catdoc that works with Tcl/Tk 7.6 and up;
- xls2csv, which converts Excel spreadsheets to plain text files with CSV
(comma-separated value) lines; and
- catppt, which extracts text from PowerPoint files.

The ports conflict on bin/xls2csv. While here, a couple of minor

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

- Remove lang/tcl83 and x11-toolkits/tk83 (expired)
- Remove references to Tcl/Tk 8.3 from bsd.tcl.mk
- Update ports that required 8.3+ to require 8.4+ (since 8.5 is the
default, I don't expect this change to cause much trouble)

Update to 0.91.4. The cvs mailing list should note a previous commit failed
due to re-awakening patch-aa, and no mail was sent out informing of changes to
Makefile and files/md5.
