Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Maintainer reset for jlaffaye
Reason: Many bug reports (including bug#253256) related to jlaffaye's ports
timed out in the period from April 2020 to now.

The maintainer reset rule was not applied correctly. jlaffaye's ports
are reassigned back to him, with the exception of lang/go where both
quantity and length of timeouts made the reset appropriate and
necessary.

A number of the discount manpages are broken due to FreeBSD's lack of support of
the .so macro. I know that work has been done on this in base, but for now fix
discount's manpages by installing them as symlinks instead.

Remove indefinite articles and trailing periods from COMMENT, plus
minor COMMENT typos and surrounding whitespace fixes. A few Makefiles
where not included as they contain Latin-1 characters that break
the Phabricator workflow. Categories T-V.

This is an implementation of John Gruber's Markdown text to html language.
There's not much here that differentiates it from any of the existing Markdown
implementations except that it's written in C instead of one of the vast flock
of scripting languages that are fighting it out for the Perl crown.
Markdown provides a library that gives you formatting functions suitable for
marking down entire documents or lines of text, a command-line program that you
can use to mark down documents interactively or from a script,
and a tiny (1 program so far) suite of example programs that show how to fully
utilize the markdown library.
