Mark QT4 ports/functionality for removal on 2019-03-15

While here, chase some KDE4 ports and functionality, these are scheduled for
removal on 2018-12-31. Change the default option/flavor to QT5 where applicable
or use alternative toolkits like GTK.

textproc/dixit: Unbreak due to recent qmake rework

For the platforms that require explicit linking, the recent qmake rework
broke this port. However, LDFLAGS now works again so just move QMAKE_LFLAGS
there to fix it.

- Remove now needless qmake_build from USE_QT4
- Get rid of QMAKEFLAGS
- Use globally provided LRELEASE

- Convert unmaintained ports to USES=qmake
- Add stage support
- Convert LIB_DEPENDS to new syntax
- Minor changes/fixes

Explicitly link libraries on 10 unmaintained ports

The following ports will not build with a binutils 2.22+ linker built
with standard options.  This has been obvious with DPorts, but difficult
to see on FreeBSD.  However, setting the ports compiler as a recent gcc
(e.g lang/gcc48) is an excellent way to detect the unspecified but needed
libraries as these recent GCC compilers use the latest binutils linkers.
These patches were tested on FreeBSD 8.4 and DragonFly 3.5

Add NO_STAGE all over the place in preparation for the staging support (cat:
textproc)
