textproc/kibana42: mark DEPRECATED

- Kibana 4.2 will no longer be updated by upstream. Upstream recommends
using Kibana 4.5 (textproc/kibana45) which is only compatible with the
current ports version of textproc/elasticsearch2 (Elasticsearch 2.3).

textproc/kibana42, kibana43, kibana44: Fix ability to customize settings

Changes:
- Allows user to customize some Kibana's settings without interfering
with the deinstallation process of the package (bug #207209)

Drawbacks:
- Kibana takes couple of minutes to start for the first time after
package installation or settings' change (There's a warning in the log
about that)
- ${WWWDIR}/optimize folder is now writable, weakening the security.
Although, given the architecture of Kibana it's inevitable

New Port: textproc/kibana42

Repo copy textproc/kibana41 to textproc/kibana42:
- Update PORTVERSION, PKGNAMESUFFIX, and distinfo for 4.2.1 and leave the
variables conditional for the upcoming textproc/kibana43 slave port.
- Added https MASTER_SITES as a first option.
- New versions rely on node 0.12, change RUN_DEPENDS accordingly.
- Copy the config file before deleting directories, as it will also delete
  the config file.
- kibana.in: New kibana has to be launched in the different way, reflect
  that in rc script.
- kibana.in: New kibana can write to log file by itself, delete all output
  redirection magic from rc script.

Kibana is an open source (Apache Licensed), browser based analytics and search
