Remove expired ports.
2016-03-26 textproc/libvisio: Not used any more
2016-03-26 textproc/libe-book00: Not used any more
Not only do these two ports have newer versions in the tree
(textproc/libvisio01 and textproc/libe-book, respectively), but they were
failing to build with the upcoming Boost 1.60.

Mark deprecated and set expiration. editors/libreoffice was the only user
and now it uses textproc/libe-book since r371023. |
