marktermRender Markdown to the terminal, to Markdown, or to PDF

MARKTerm renders Markdown for three different outputs, each with
its own command:
- markterm: styled terminal output with syntax-highlighted code
blocks, automatic light/dark theme detection, base16 themes,
clickable links and inline images where the terminal supports
them.
- markmark: Markdown back to Markdown, to reformat or normalise
documents.
- markpdf: Markdown or HTML to PDF, laid out with litehtml and
written with libharu, including embedded CID fonts and remote
images.
The TEXMATH option (on by default) renders LaTeX math blocks as
Unicode text art through libtexprintf, which is GPLv3.

textproc/markterm: Prevent fetching from internet
The vendored shard.yml has a postinstall script that tries to fetch and
regenerate unicode files at build time. Use sed to disable them.
