Change the way Perl modules are installed, update the default Perl to 5.18.

Before, we had:

  site_perl :           lib/perl5/site_perl/5.18

Now we have:

Remove obsolete pkg-message.    

Bump the PORTREVISION's of the ports which install architecture   dependent ruby
modules, due to the RUBY_ARCH change I've just   committed.    

Properly run-depend on ruby-uconv.    

Use expat2 (1.95.1) rather than expat (1.2).    

Add %%PORTDOCS%%.    

Update MASTER_SITES and WWW.    

Update the expat dependency from expat (1.2) to expat2 (1.95.1).    

Update to 0.6.1, which now supports expat 1.2 and 1.95.    

Convert category textproc to new layout.  

Now bsd.ruby.mk is automatically included by bsd.port.mk when USE_RUBY   or
USE_LIBRUBY is defined, individual ruby ports no longer need to   include it
explicitly.

MASTER_SITE_LOCAL'ize because www.bekkoame.ne.jp is found to be   problematic -
wget and fetch of 3-STABLE get into infinite loop   because the server doesn't
reply to HEAD requests correctly.   (although fetch of 4-STABLE and 5-CURRENT
are just fine with it)
