Xerces-C++ is a validating XML parser from the Apache XML Project.
It provides a shared library to parse, generate, mainpulate and

Cleanup the xerces-c* mess
xerces-c2 and xerces-c3 were not playing nicely together most of the
applications
and are incompatible, all application has been switch to the c3 version
Add missing CONFLICTS lines.
Since I'm there, support staging and fix build in poudriere.

Remove more tags from pkg-descr files fo the form:
- Name
em@i.l
or variations thereof. While I'm here also fix some whitespace and other
formatting errors, including moving WWW: to the last line in the file.
In textproc/xerces-c2 and textproc/xerces-c2-devel, use -lgcc_pic only on
systems < 7.0-RELEASE.
