Clean up after java/openjdk6 and java/openjdk6-jre removal

java/openjdk6 support was removed from Mk/bsd.java.mk (r512662) and
java/openjdk6 and java/openjdk6-jre were removed from the ports tree
(r512663).  Now this patch completely removes remaining stuff from the
ports tree.

Minor improvements.

Most noticeable changes in no particular order:
- The rc.d script doesn't use the provided shell script to start the daemon,
  but starts it directly.
- This is now installed in ${DATADIR}, not in ${PREFIX}/${PORTDIRNAME}.
- Define CONFLICTS_INSTALL so as to avoid colliding with non standalone version.
- Use post-install-${OPTION}-on.

Fix madsonic rc script.  I should have made an end-to-end test when I converted
www/subsonic-standalone for madsonic.

This time I tested it and it works correctly.

- Use the right script name to start madsonic.
- Adapt to use the correct playlist flags.
- Change doc comments.
