Remove expired port:
2019-02-15 www/mod_geoip2: Uses legacy GeoIP 1 format which no longer works;
switch to GeoIP 2 where possible

Deprecate everything that depends on net/GeoIP and everything that depends
on those ports.

Add DOCS options to ports that should have one.

Also various fixes related to said option.
