This port is a part of www/quixote port, that we no more have in a ports tree
for about 1.5 years. Since it have no use outside of quixote ecosystem, we
don't need this port too. Mark it DEPRECATED and set to expire in one month.

Remove indefinite articles and trailing periods from COMMENT, plus
minor COMMENT typos and surrounding whitespace fixes. A few Makefiles
