Chase home page per distfile survey. Note that the version on
sourceforge isn't much newer than the one reference in the distinfo,
so I haven't really bothered to track down all the stale mastersites.
Since it looks like this port still depends on the obsolete and removed
version of OpenLDAP, the point may be moot. |

Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to . Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is spelled out
