Remove expired webkit-gtk2 and webkit-gtk3 ports.

Bump graphics/variety deprecation date, there is a patch for a update which
uses webkit2-gtk3 in ports/236180 but I had issues that I could't fix.

Mark webkit-gtk[23] ports as depricated with the same date as webkit-gtk[23].
Disable webkit-gtk[23] support if the port/plugin supports it.

Remove options for webkit-gtk[23] using ports or if they don't have a
option, mark them deprecated with the same date as webkit-gtk[23].

Haskell and geany where skipped and will be handled by the maintainers.

Remove compatibility code for FreeBSD < 11.2 from all ports.

Simplify some ports where DragonFlyBSD no longer needs to be special-cased.

www/xombrero: unbreak parallel make

FreeBSD-specific Makefile had no dependencies for generated include
file tooltips.h and for fast machines, build for settings.c happened
before completion of its generation.

And xombrero.o depends only on javascript.h (via xombrero.h), there
is no dependency on tooltips.h.

Separate patch, since the first one (patch-freebsd__Makefile) went
upstream, so we can have it removed in the next version.

This should unbreak builds on 9.x and 10.x, but I'll test this
specifically on the build machines and will remove BROKENs after this.
Hopefully, others will be able to test this new version as well.

www/xombrero: unbreak; update to 1.6.4

This patch is cherry-picked from 4 different PRs and one upstream bug report [1]

Changes are:
- fix build and runtime (based on [1]). I also tried patches and solutions from
  PR's, but they didn't worked for some reason
- update to 1.6.4
- convert to options helpers and add other simplifications to Makefile
- sync installed files with Makefile, bundled into distribution
- add upstream patch to fix some GTK3 warnings

This was tested both at build and runtime with both GTK versions.
Also HTML5 video playback was tested - there was a report that it doesn't work.

- Update security/gnutls to 3.4.10.
- Rename the LIBDANE option DANE because that's the name of the protocol
  supported by libgnutls-dane and gnutls-cli.  Also clarify the option
  description.

- libgnutls-openssl has been removed in 3.4.  Some ports used this library
  in their LIB_DEPENDS but no port actually required it.
- Some old API functions have been removed.  Ports that used these have been
  updated or patched to use the new API.
- Add a patch to print/cups to prevent overlinking of libgnutls.so.
- Bump PORTREVISION on dependent ports.

net-im/jabber: This port used the old API to give users fine grained
control over which crypto algorithms were used via a configuration file.
It's not immediately obvious how to port this to the new API so the port
always uses the defaults now.

www/hydra: Mark BROKEN.  This uses more removed calls than the other ports,
is said to be alpha quality and not fully functional and has been abandoned
10 years ago.
