Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

x11-fonts/encodings: Add NO_ARCH

x11-fonts/encodings: run mkfontscale to fix encodings.dir post-install

- Since only *.enc.gz files are installed while the encodings.dir file is
  genareted for directories containing both *.enc and *.enc.gz files,
  the installed encodings.dir file includes bogus entries for *.enc.
- It causes libfontenc to fail to find encoding files, then X to fail to
  open TrueType fonts with some encodings such as ascii-0 or jisx0208.1990-0.

Make fonts repecting XDG

Xorg is now looking in ${LOCALBASE}/share/fonts by default
Xorg now accepts symlinks in etc/X11/fontpath.d (as decribed in Xserver(1))
Large cleanup on lots of font ports
All fonts are now properly dynamically generating fonts.dir and fonts.scale
instead of sometime overwriting existing ones)
All fonts are generating fontconfig's cache
Improve consistency in fonts ports

Rework XORG_CAT= font
Fonts are now generating the fonts.scale and fonts.dir at install time
font-alias is not needed anymore for the above reason
extract font-util and encodings out of XORG_CAT=fonts because they do not
install any fonts
make XORG_CAT=fonts use USES=fonts

Try to fix font handling for xorg fonts when using staging and pkgng.
This should silence all QAT messages about leftover font files.

Bump portrevision for all affected ports.

Switch FreeBSD CURRENT to use the new xorg stack (WITH_NEW_XORG=) [0]
If the old xorg stack is still needed, it is possible to add WITHOUT_NEW_XORG=
to /etc/make.conf to get the old version.

remove 6.X gruft and de-author pkg-descr.

- Update to Xorg 7.5

The Intel drivers was patched to work with
the new server. The drivers for Vesa, NV,NVIDIA and
ATI have been tested thoroughfully and seem to work fine.
