Gnocl implements a Tcl binding to the Gtk+ programming libraries for the rapid
development of graphical user interfaces. Designed to work with Tcl in a manner
consistent with the general syntax and command naming conventions of Tcl, Gnocl
provides a robust alternative to Tk for those developers which wish to develop
applications that seamlessly integrated into the Gnome desktop environment
without having to first familiarize themselves with the intricacies of the Gtk+
libraries and its dependencies.
x11-toolkits/gnocl: remove
The current version of the port doesn't build with recent compilers.
There is a newer nightly on SourceForce, but it depends on gnome-vfs,
which we ditched 2 years ago in 8e6f2e.
Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

This should make sure that all dependent ports will pick
up the new version commited with a13ec21cd733f67a9fc0dc00ab45268bdc236246
Remove libintl.so.9 compatibility link that was added in r374303 to
prevent massive PORTREVISION bumps. Bump dependent ports that have not
been bumped since.
Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.
The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

Set an expiry date of 2004-08-20 for these BROKEN/IGNORE/FORBIDDEN
ports. They will be removed on or after that date if they are still
broken and no fix has been submitted to GNATS.
Update to 0.5.15: miscellaneous changes to widgets, dialogs, windows,
and tables; supports TCL stubs; support for GNOME panel applet;
miscellaneous other changes. See NEWS.
Port knobs also change from WITH_GNOME to WITHOUT_GNOME (so the knob
only needs to be set in the non-default case, not the default one) and
a new knob WITHOUT_GCONF is similarly added.
