Batch of style fixes for x11-toolkits.    

Change RUN_DEPENDS to BUILD_DEPENDS,   and set p5-GtkGLArea BROKEN, it need
p5-OpenGL :(    

Change "mach" to "${PERL_ARCH}" -- otherwise it won't work with perl   prior to
5.6.0.    

Add p5-GdkImlib, i'ts perl module to access imlib library.
