x11-toolkits/pangoxsl: deprecate after 20c0152349bc

Hasn't been updated since 2006-06-30. There're no regressions tests
nor any consumers, so runtime against modern Pango is unknown.

Mass-conversion to the USE_AUTOTOOLS New World Order.  The code present
in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the
old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in
exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself.

Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME
team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it.

which is in the process of being SGMLized before introduction into the
Porters Handbook.

Bump PORTREVISION to chase the glib20 shared lib version change.

Add pangoxsl, a version of the Pango library with a PDF backend for
creating PDF output. This library also implements several of the inline
properties defined by XSL that are not currently implemented by Pango.
