- Remove @prefix@ before directories in makefile which causes problem
when we pass --mandir to configure script (testing in exp run now) [1]
- To fix build after @prefix@ is removed, pass prefix and exec_prefix to
make(1) [1]
- While I'm here, replace USE_X_PREFIX by USE_XLIB
