x11/libxfce4menu: Depend on gdkpixbufextra
XFCE uses XPM images and other "uncommon" formats, force a dependency
on gdkpixbufextra to ensure it is installed at runtime whenever any
XFCE component is installed to avoid graphic glitches.

This release has experimental Wayland support, but not all components

XFCE: Cleanup dependencies
- Update xfce.mk to avid forcing too many dependencies on consumers
- Change dependency on garcon to reference libgarcon-1.so (main
library)
- Explicitly add USE_XFCE components to the ports actually needing
them.
- Cleanup dependencies, adding/removing missing/extra dependencies
- Change the referenced library in some LIB_DEPENDS to the actually
linked one (avoids false positives in poudriere Q/A tests)
- Bump PORTREVISION on all touched ports, even indirectly due to
the effect of removing forced dependencies on certain components
- Remove USES=fuse from gigolo. I could not find any kind f reference
to fuse in the code.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

INSTALLS_ICONS: retire the macro and rework the related dependencies
While here, make sure gtk-update-icon-cache is only on run dependency
where added as a dependency
Enforce gtk3 to depend on gtk-update-icon-cache (previously it was
inheriting the dependency)
Add patch to libxfce4menu reverting part of upstream commit 85d8d390,
adding back code to ungrab all keys before grabbing them again.
The call has been removed upstream due to causing problems with tty
switching on linux, but testing in FreeBSD show no such problems
when switching to and from vty, and fix issues with keys not working
properly in FreeBSD.

x11/libxfce4menu: Fix leaked keygrabs when layout changes
As diagnosed by Jethro Nederhof, xfce-shortcuts-grabber.c attempts to update
grabbed key shortcuts when xkeyboard layout changes. Unfortunately, it had no
memory of which keycodes it has actually grabbed. Instead, it attempted to
ungrab the *new* keycode, which obviously doesn't actually ungrab those codes.
This went unnoticed for some time, probably because nothing collided with
important keys. Recently, a default PrintScreen shortcut was added to Xfce,
which for whatever reason seems to collide with Up in initial layout. When the
kbd layout changes, the shortcut ungrabs the *new* Printscreen keycode and then
re-grabs the same keycode, leaving the Up keycode grabbed.
Fix this by giving xfce-shortcuts-grabber some memory of which keycodes it has
grabbed. When it grabs a key, it remembers the keycode it grabbed in the
XfceKey object. When it ungrabs a key, it ungrabs the keycodes in the XfceKey
object, rather than those for the new keyboard layout.

Welcome XFCE 4.14 to the FreeBSD ports tree
- This XFCE release uses almost exclusively gtk3, so the USES=xfce
now defaults to gtk3
- Make x11-themes/gtk-xfce-engine an optional dependency(disabled
by default), it only supports gtk2, so would leave miost of this
XFCE version unthemed.
- Add Greybird as an optional and enabled dependency as a modern
theme supporting both GTK versions and all other XFCE parts
- The xfce4-vala port is deprecated and removed. The VALA bindings
are available in the library ports using the GIR and VAPI options
(on by default)
- Fixed various missing library and portlint warnings (portmgr fixit
blanket)
- Default Display Manager changed to lightdm (Thanks to woodsb02

By default libtool replaces -export-symbols <file> with -retain-symbols-file
<file> on ELF systems, but this doesn't really do what -export-symbols is
meant to do. On GNU ELF systems it converts <file> to a simple version
script first and then uses -version-script instead of -retain-symbols-file.
Let USES=libtool patch libtool scripts to do this on all systems with GNU
ld(1).
Bump PORTREVISION on all ports where the build log contains -export-symbols.
audio/calf: This port builds a module that now exports only one function,
but it also builds a number of executables that link to this module and
expect to see other functions. Because it's already a bit dodgy to link to
a module (libtool warns about this) let the module continue to export only
one function and instead build an ordinary library from the same source that
the executables can link to. Fix a number of other issues in the same
