Remove deprecated x11 ports

Remove deprecated x11 ports:
* x11/libXTrap
* x11/libXprintAppUtil
* x11/libXprintUtil
* x11/rstart
* x11/xdbedizzy
* x11/xplsprinters
* x11/xprehashprinterlist
* x11/xtrap

Remove libraries from Mk/Uses/Xorg and xorg-libraries as needed to adjust
for their removal.

Add entries to MOVED

x11/rstart: Deprecate and set expiration

Deprecate x11/rstart and set an expration date.  This app has been
deprecated in favor of X11 forwarding in SSH.

Switch FreeBSD CURRENT to use the new xorg stack (WITH_NEW_XORG=) [0]
If the old xorg stack is still needed, it is possible to add WITHOUT_NEW_XORG=
to /etc/make.conf to get the old version.

Update several xorg related ports, including:
x11/libxcb 1.9.1 -> 1.9.3
graphics/libdrm 2.4.46 -> 2.4.50
x11/pixman 0.30.2 -> 0.32.4
x11/xkeyboard-config 2.9 -> 2.10.1
x11-drivers/xf86-input-keyboard 1.7.0 -> 1.8.0

Fix dissapearing cursor in xf86-video-vmware [2]

Stagify all x11@-owned ports

Bump portrevisions for xf86-* ports due to xserver version change.

Fix fallout from updates where needed.

Add a new xorg module, to use with USE_XORG: xorg-macros.  This  module

Add xorg-macros dependency to xorg-server.

The X-Server has been patched to the latest 1.7.X series, drivers
and fonts have been updated to the latest versions. This update includes
some components from Xorg 7.6 with a lot of improvements, and it seems
that the performance is much better than the old version. Also this
Update fix build issues with clang and binutils 2.17.50 in current,
remove 6.X gruft and de-author pkg-descr.

- Update to Xorg 7.5

The Intel drivers was patched to work with
the new server. The drivers for Vesa, NV,NVIDIA and
ATI have been tested thoroughfully and seem to work fine.
