Remove # $FreeBSD$ from Makefiles.

Switch all ports to use USES=xorg-cat

Change all ports to use USES=xorg-cat instead of the old XORG_CAT
Add USES=xorg and USES=gl as needed to x11@ ports

x11/xset: Really disable fontcache

Really disable fontcahce, so it's not picked up by accident if it happens to
be installed on the system.

x11/xset: adjust dependencies and misc fixes

Adjust dependencies, most notably, remove the dependency on libXfontcache,
which isn't needed.  libXfontcache is slated for deprecation and removal.
While here, switch to USES, and add license information.

Change x11/xorgproto to become a build dep

Change x11/xorgproto to become a build time dependency when added to
USE_XORG.  Change the dependency to be on the port, rather than a file the
port installs.
Fix fallout.
Bump portrevision on depending ports.

Switch to xorgproto instead of individual packages

Upstream used to distribute protocol headers as separate packages, but has
decided to merge those to a common package, named xorgproto.  This update
tracks that change.

* Add a new port, x11/xorgproto, with are protocol headers for xorg.
* Hook the new protocol port to the build and to infrastructure in
  bsd.xorg.mk.
* Update all ports with a dependency on any of the old *proto packages to
  instead depend on xorgproto.  Bump portrevision.
* Delete the old *proto packages, update MOVED.

The X-Server has been patched to the latest 1.7.X series, drivers
and fonts have been updated to the latest versions. This update includes
some components from Xorg 7.6 with a lot of improvements, and it seems
that the performance is much better than the old version. Also this
Update fix build issues with clang and binutils 2.17.50 in current,
remove 6.X gruft and de-author pkg-descr.

- Update to Xorg 7.5

The Intel drivers was patched to work with
the new server. The drivers for Vesa, NV,NVIDIA and
ATI have been tested thoroughfully and seem to work fine.

A note to FreeBSD 6.X users: We strongly recommend you
to update your system to 7.x or above.

For updating try

portupgrade -af \*

- Update X.org ports to 7.4+ (few ports are more recent than the katamari).
- Bump PORTREVISION for all ports depending on libglut since the shlib
version number went from 4 to 3.
- Bump PORTREVISION for all ports depending on libXaw as libXaw.so.8 isn't
installed anymore.
- Couple of ports fixes (mostly missing xorg components added to USE_XORG).

- Update X.org ports to 7.3.
- Mark XFree86-4 as DEPRECATED with EXPIRATION_DATE set to 2007-12-25.
I hope that nobody will be bored enough on Christmas to remove them on
that day.
