Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Clean up LLD_UNSAFE from openal-soft ports
After FreeBSD 12.0 EOL we no longer have to worry about LLD 6 and
can drop LLD_UNSAFE from openal-soft ports. LLD can link them fine
now but some ports needs a little help on i386 (-Wl,-znotext).

devel/love08: fix build when lld is the system linker
Ports that use openal (such as this one) fail to link with lld as the
system linker due to disagreement in the handling of preemption of
protected visibility symbols in shared objects.

Upgrade OpenEXR and ilmbase to 2.2.0.
GCC 4.2 in FreeBSD 8.X/9.X base is now too old to compile OpenEXR, so
GCC-based systems will upgrade to the default ports compiler (GCC 4.7
currently.)
Add two patches to OpenEXR to permit building it in a live system with
the older OpenEXR version installed. Bug report filed to upstream Github
at https://github.com/openexr/openexr/issues/130
Couple OpenEXR more tightly to ilmbase and require its exact .so
version.
Add UPDATING note, and bump PORTREVISION of all dependent ports.
Proto-STAGE hugin-devel, and mark it IGNORE because hugin is newer.

Preserve devel/love 0.8.0 as devel/love08 before updating it to 0.9.1.
Compatibility is not maintained between love 0.x branches, so separate port is
needed to run applications written for love 0.8. Currently there's at least one
such application known: mari0 - cross between Super Mario Bros and Valve's
Portal. |
