Remove py-libgsf and libgsf-gnome which where removed
Obtained from: GNOME stage repo 1.14.21_5 dinoex - update png to 1.5.10 1.14.21_4 amdmi3 - Add LDFLAGS to CONFIGURE_ENV and MAKE_ENV (as it was done with LDFLAGS)
- Fix all ports that add {CPP,LD}FLAGS to *_ENV to modify flags instead
